Khaos Control courier software integration
Khaos Control is able to export order details (delivery address, reference numbers & contact details) to external courier software for automatic processing generally, automatic production of shipping labels and allocation of consignment references. As more and more software provided by the courier companies support re-import of the unique consignment references back into Khaos Control, this allows for auto emailing of online tracking details direct to the customer yet again providing a truly multi channel mail order solution.

Any given courier may have various versions of their software and they are always coming up with new formats and changes to existing ones. Therefore, you cannot assume that because the courier is listed then it's job done, as there may be complications. There is a charge to activate a courier interface, plus extra development charges if work is required to produce or change the interface.
