Khaos Control project control and implementation support
- Keystone Software's project management protocol is based on PRINCE, the tried-and-tested UK government project management procedures. We have adapted & modified it to meet the needs of customers implementing Khaos Control.
- The project process starts with a Project Initiation Meeting(s) (PIM), which seeks to complete project objectives, create a project plan and time-based milestone schedule, define responsibilities and resource requirements, clarify mail order software customisation, outline the training programme and assess any project risks. Each of these areas will be documented by us for circulation and approval in the form of Project Notes.
- Once agreed, regular progress reports will keep us all informed of developments, achievements, milestones, set backs and any new risks that arise.
- The PIM is the primary vehicle defining who does what and when, but, since each project is different, it is difficult to give firm guidelines on resource requirements until after it has taken place.
All these steps are taken to make sure that Khaos Control is the best multi channel mail order software solution for you.
