Training Philosophy

Keystone Software Development is committed to providing high-quality training. It is important to us that you enjoy using our software and get the maximum benefits from it.

Our preferred strategy uses a "top down" approach to build an understanding of the KhaosControl system amongst the Customer's core process owners, enabling them to configure the system components that best meet their business requirements. The basic implementation training is then supplemented by specialist training for key staff responsible for the accounts, marketing and (where appropriate) warehousing capabilities of the system.

A series of introductory courses for people managing and working within the Customer's back office functions (see list of available courses below) are also available. These generic courses can be tailored to meet the training needs of individual customers.

Implementation Training

We recommend that the Customer's core process owners attend our Implementation Training course, usually held at Keystone Software Development's Grantham offices, during the week immediately prior to their KhaosControl software installation taking place.

This course provides essential information, helping these key people to understand what they need to do once the system has been installed. It incorporates the following key training modules:

This course is aimed at the Customer's core business process owners (i.e. those people who have both an overall understanding of the way the Customer's business operates and the authority to make decisions about how the system is to be configured). For larger businesses, we can accommodate up to four delegates.
