Superdrug
[Customer since: June 2009] Superdrug are a great company to have on our portfolio, there is no doubt about it. Having them as a user demonstrates the power of Khaos Control. We feel honoured that Superdrug rely on our warehouse functionally to Put-away, Pick, Pack and Despatch their many thousands of web orders, all year round; using our Hand Held Terminal (HHT) solution. Integration is another prime element in our implementation at Superdrug. Khaos Control sits between their legacy systems and their webshop, marshalling stock detail between them. Khaos Control has a dual purpose then, acting as a conduit between systems, whilst being integral in day-to-day warehouse processing.
Burns Pet
[Customer since: April 2008] Burns are masters at getting the most from their Khaos Control system. Their skilled IT team have created many add-on applications that bolster company activity. Examples of this include advanced phone integrations, sophisticated webshop features, remote worker connections, Crystal reports and even developing an in-house application that feeds off of Khaos Control's data. They are a market leader in the supply of pet foods to trade and direct to consumers. Like many companies that are both B2B and B2C, Khaos Control has facilities for both scenarios.
Bettys & Taylors
[Customer since: March 2005] Betty's By Post, the mail-order arm of the Betty's & Taylors group, use Khaos Control to process Mail-order, Telephone and Web orders. They have a very modern and hugely impressive office in Harrogate. It is a joy to see Khaos Control being used by the many members of the telesales team - they are amongst the fastest and most capable users we have! BYP have the ability to produce gift card messages, as well as being able to schedule Easter and Christmas orders for future release when production in the bakery has taken place.
International Dance Supplies
[Customer since: July 2006] We like International Dance Supplies! They are a great advocate for Khaos Control. Our software has helped in the growth of their successful business, turned what once was a chaotic warehouse into a relatively calm and peacefully place and allowed the telesales team to take orders, whilst offering the customer great service levels, by having relevant information at their fingertips. IDS's driving force is Anne Walker, award winning businesswoman, who started out as a dance teacher, and was so passionate about her industry, she started to sell to other teachers around the world.
Planet X
[Customer since: December 2009] Planet X have experienced huge growth since implementing Khaos Control. As with other customers' growth, we would never claim that Khaos Control is solely responsible for this. It is a lamentable fact that some customers fail to grow, despite using Khaos Control. However, Planet X (and many others) have demonstrated the growth rates that can be sustained, when using Khaos Control. Planet X supply world-class own-brand bespoke bikes and use Khaos Control for all areas of the business, including EPoS, Warehouse Control and Channel Listings (eBay/Amazon).
Bray Solutions
[Customer since: December 2011] Bray Solutions are a fulfilment house. Not our typical mail-order company or multi-channel retailer customer. Bray use Khaos Control's advanced warehouse control facilities as well as the Hand Held Terminals that accompany it. When picking stock for their clients (those that they are holding stock on behalf of), they are able to direct picking requests to any one of their multiple warehouses across the UK.
Primrose
[Customer since: December 2003] A real success story! Primrose are one of our oldest customers and have grown from a 1 user system (back in the days when we did 1 user systems!) to one of our largest, in terms of user count. Khaos Control has been there with them the whole time, supporting their growth and never needing to be replaced, as they blossomed over the years. Nor does it seem to have stopped them becoming one of the market leaders in their field. The customer retention rate for Khaos Control is very high, which is demonstrated by companies such as Primrose.
Natural Nkuku
[Customer since: June 2012] Natural Nkuku are unique. They are our only customer to have Khaos Control, to manage the back-office and telesales orders, as well as having Complete Commerce (our eCommerce offering) for web orders, plus having the Khaos Control iOS app for taking orders at tradeshows. Nkuku are one of our newer customers, and they have really taken to Khaos Control to get the most out of it in a short space of time. Nkuku had previously looked at an enterprise level system before being let down and subsequently finding that Khaos Control was more than up for the task!
Hardcloud
[Customer since: October 2005] Hardcloud is the UK's number one online surf skate and music inspired fashion retailer. Khaos Control has supported their growth for the past 8+ years. Hardcloud have an eCommerce webshop that has been developed, designed and is maintained by their own in-house team of developers and designers. They make extensive use of Khaos Control’s API (Application Programming Interface) to communicate between the webshop and the back-office database.
Viking Signs
[Customer since: December 2011] One of our few local customers, based here in sunny Grantham! Viking signs understood the need to invest in a business platform that will future proof their business development plans. Like many other forward thinking businesses, they have purchased Khaos Control because they are seeing growth in their business and are planning for more in the future. Viking make bespoke signs to suit any business requirement, they also sell cost effective safety signs and have a huge range to choose from.
Party Packs
[Customer since: June 2003] Our oldest mail-order / multi-channel customer – project number 12 of (at the time of writing) project 178. Party Packs has grown as Khaos Control has grown over more than a decade. Party Packs are testament to how, once you have Khaos Control, you’ll never have reason to look elsewhere. Your initial investment can be realising returns many years after the original purchase. Selling party packs is a very competitive business and many have come and gone over the years. Party Packs were one of the originals and have fought off much competition to retain their UK market dominance, with Khaos Control ever at their side.
Timstar
[Customer since: February 2006] Timstar are a good example of a customer that has invested in bespoke development as part of their Khaos Control project. By customising various aspects of the system, they have been able to realise a much higher ROI due to time savings and efficiencies. They are by no means unique in this, as many our customer base has had varying degrees of customisation added into their projects; ranging from a couple of hours to thousands of hours’ worth of changes.
