Multi-Channel Mail-Order
The mail-order multichannel industry is our key focus and makes up the majority of our customer base. The multichannel element of mail ordered goods has become more and more apparent in recent years and especially now in 2010. Consumers want to be able to shop online, browse through catalogues, use shopping television channels plus physically go and shop to purchase goods, and not just one of these but a mixture of all of them. Having an adaptable software solution to cover all these consumer wants is essential to becoming successful in the mail order market. Khaos Control has every base covered in respect of all these, including a Sales Invoice Manager which will control all orders received from the initial sales call/internet order to the pick, packing and despatching of orders to the customer, including stock assignment and payment processing. Our EPoS system integrated with Khaos Control covers the walk-in shopping and feeds all orders back into the Sales Invoice Manager. Khaos Control is also ideally suited to a B2B environment as well, as its integrated financials make debt chasing, statement production, settlement discounts and terms enforcement possible all from the same system.
Warehouse Stock Control
The pick, pack and despatch element of any business needs to be efficient in order to increase the amount of orders which can be sent out and to meet the demands of customers. A fast service could mean a repeat order. Khaos Control has a unique System Warehouse facility, whereby a physical warehouse can be set-up into the software, with locations and stock codes so all stock is controlled and accounted for. You can move stock between locations and receive stock into locations (put-away) from suppliers with ease, always having a place for every stock item. Alongside this, all stock items can be set up with costs, sell prices, preferred suppliers, bar codes, minimum stock levels, reorder points and image detail, which aids the buying and selling process. Before picking an order in your warehouse, you can print a picking ticket with all the stock items ordered and their location(s), plus a customer address label, so the order will be ready to be sent once the physical work has been completed. All these options and facilities in Khaos Control save time and effort, increasing accuracy, while preventing customer complaints, lost stock and increased labour expenses.
ERP / General Distribution

Food Industry
We have a specific version of Khaos Control just for the food and meat industry. The product focuses on the key strengths of Khaos Control - fast sales order processing, promotions, CRM, accounts, etc, but adds onto that functionality required for a sizable catering butcher, meat wholesaler or fresh produce wholesaler, such as catch-weights, scanning, cut-sheets, delivery rounds, telesales call sheets, customer price lists, quotes and market pricing. Khaos Control can also handle repeat ordering, so for regular customers the system will allow for quick order entry based on ordering history or via automatic standing orders. The system can also handle stock batches, customer product specifications, additional ordering surcharges (e.g. vac-packing), weight tolerance checking and vehicle capacities. Customers of the food industry version of Khaos Control include all of Towers Thompson’s depots and Nigel Fredericks of London. A more recent customer (2010) is Stuart's Foods in Scarborough. Our main focus is multichannel mailorder software systems, but this should not be seen as a disadvantage rather a chance to use our multichannel industry knowledge, which encompasses marketing, on-line shopping, 3rd party systems integration and retail sales.
E-Commerce
Internet shopping has increased dramatically over recent years and has become one of the primary channels for purchasing goods.
