We recently held our second Khaos Control Champions Day here at Khaos Control HQ. This is an annual event where our Champions gather together to develop their system knowledge. Attendees of our Champions Day find it useful because it offers advanced training sessions, as well as the opportunity for individual sessions with members of Training, Development and Support. Champions Days offer a chance for advanced learning and give us an opportunity to communicate what you can do with the system, especially areas that are often unknown or overlooked. Attendees also had the opportunity to visit the Support Team and were given a behind the scenes insight into the working of the support.
What Champions said about the day
Champions who attended left having had an enjoyable and informative day with 90% finding the talks ‘very useful’. Our delegates found the networking aspect of the day particularly valuable, as well as having the Khaos Control staff on hand to answer questions. One attendee spoke of the highly informative nature of the training, while another stated ‘the pacing of each section was very good. Didn’t linger on any of basic stuff too long and was more complex than any previous course.’
Lindy, who led the day alongside the rest of the Training Team, said ‘it was great to have our wonderful Champions in-office for the day. The Champions attended workshops on different areas of the system, including advanced functionality. For us, the networking opportunities were invaluable as customers were able to meet members of the Khaos Team who they have spoken to and been able to put a name to a face as well as networking with other Khaos Control users. They were able to share hints and tips and discussed how they use Khaos Control to drive their businesses. Overall, it was a great day, and we can’t wait to hold our 2020 Champions Day next year”.

What is the Champions programme?
The Khaos Control Champions programme is an in-house initiative to build and develop the relationship we have with our customers. Champions of a business are typically those that use the system most and have a strong desire to get as much as they can from Khaos Control. They’re also usually the go-to person when it comes to queries about the system.
The program was created in 2017 and has been growing ever since. Based on the feedback we have received in previous years from Champions, we have developed and refined the program to make sure everyone feels valued. As well as developing the program, we have ongoing communication with our Champions, including everything from exclusive events like the Champions Days to newsletters featuring updates and hidden gems.
