Reverb is the marketplace for musicians to buy and sell used, vintage, and new music gear online. Welcome to the world’s largest music gear website. Our latest integration with their music store allows us to download orders (Domestic & International) from reverb, as well as sending up order statuses & stock levels straight to the platform.
As soon as an order is made on Reverb, a customer record will be created or matched against an existing record in Khaos Control.
Sales Order Created
An automatic association is made with the customer and a sales order is created.
Link to Stock Item
The channel SKU is connected with Khaos Control based on the order(s) received.
Assessment of Stock
The system will determine if an order can be made based on stock levels across all selling outlets.
If stock cannot be allocated, the order will be added to the back-order manager. From here, you can manage and allocate awaiting orders.
Khaos Control will send a notification and tracking number (where available) back to Reverb.
Our courier integrations allow you to print the shipping label, track and send the order efficiently.
Synchronise Stock Levels
Stock levels will be pushed and synchronised from the system out to all selling channels connected to your business.
