We’re going into 2020 with some great new updates for Khaos Control Cloud. These make managing customer data much easier, and expand the ways you can share your system reports. We also have some exciting integrations to welcome to the system.
Customer Deduplication & Merging
Duplicate customer records can appear in your database over time. Our new deduplication & merging tool allows you to identify these duplicates and deal with them accordingly. This includes duplicate ID codes, names, or other contact criteria.
Amazon US integration
Our latest integration with Amazon US means you can hook up all Amazon orders from your US account. Set location-specific pricing throughout your different Amazon sites and access full control over the inventory levels you make available on each site.
Shipstation integration
Our much anticipated partnership with Shipstation has arrived. This integration is a great way to get data directly to and from ShipStation, like creating orders, updating products, and querying order, shipment and customer data.
Easily import, manage and ship your orders with a platform designed to streamline the fulfilment process. Shipstation offers a huge number of integrations that allow you to synchronize your business with the most popular shopping carts, payment gateways, and mail carriers.
Panther Logistics integration
Last but not least, we’re excited to welcome Panther Logistics as a new integration to our software offering. Panther Logistics provide specialist carrier services across the UK. This offering includes standard and premium delivery services, as well as the option to dispose and collect goods on delivery.
As a standard service, Panther Logistics call customers one hour before delivery and communicate via live SMS updates. They also deliver to a room of your choosing, unpack, remove packaging and provide proof-of-delivery.
Supplier & Customer Return Report options
Khaos Control Cloud now supports instant print and email options for your supplier and customer return reports.
